Step 1: Document Submission

To begin the registration, you are required to submit the following documents to the company:

• ✅ Passport Size Photograph

• ✅ Aadhar Card (Identity Proof)

• ✅ Property Ownership Proof

Step 2: Technical Inspection

After document submission, the company will conduct a confidential technical inspection of the proposed site. This is done using advanced technology, considering security parameters and the proximity of existing towers by other telecom operators.

Step 3: Approval & Financial Terms

If your property is approved after inspection:

• 🏠 You will receive a monthly rental of ₹25,000

• 💰 You will also receive a security deposit of ₹40,00,000, paid in two phases:

  • 1st Installment – ₹15,00,000 upon tower installation and agreement signing

  • 2nd Installment – ₹25,00,000 after completion of tower installation

Step 4: Legal Agreement

• A 20-year court agreement will be executed between you and the company

• The monthly rent will be increased by 10% every year

Step 5: Employment Opportunity

• One eligible member of your family will be offered a maintenance job with a monthly salary of ₹12,000

• Minimum age for employment is 18 years or above

Step 6: Registration Charges

If your property is approved:

• A one-time registration fee of ₹4,250 is applicable

• After payment, required legal documents are prepared by the court and delivered to you within 24 hours

• Within 48 hours, the company team will visit and complete your court agreement process at your nearest court
