1. Our Role and Responsibilities

• Tata Towers is an independent tower installation agency that specializes in the installation of mobile towers on properties across India.

• Our services begin only after the property owner has received official approval from any one of the telecom companies: Jio, Airtel, or Vi.

• We do not grant, promise, or influence approval for mobile tower installations.

• Our only role is to install the mobile tower on the land, once the property has been approved by the telecom provider.

• We provide experienced technical staff who are trained and skilled in mobile tower installation.

2. No Responsibility for Approvals or Offers

• Tata Towers does not issue or guarantee approvals for mobile tower setups.

• All rents, advance payments, and job offers related to tower installation are provided solely by the telecom companies (Jio, Airtel, or Vi).

• If a customer does not receive approval, payment, or a job, Tata Towers will not be held responsible. These matters are entirely between the landowner and the telecom provider.

3. Data Collection and Use

• We may collect personal information from users, such as:

  • Name

  • Mobile Number

  • Address

  • Email ID

• This data is collected only for the purpose of submitting a mobile tower installation application to telecom companies (Jio, Airtel, Vi) on behalf of the property owner.

• We do not share, sell, or misuse any customer data for marketing or third-party purposes.

4. Data Protection and Confidentiality

• Tata Towers follows industry-standard practices to protect your personal data from unauthorized access or disclosure.

• Your information is used strictly for tower installation application processing and internal communication related to that process.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Tata Towers will not be liable for:

  • Denial of approval by telecom companies

  • Non-payment of advance or rent

  • Failure to receive job offers

• All such aspects are solely managed by Jio, Airtel, or Vi, and Tata Towers has no control or authority over those processes.

6. Legal To commercial Or Any Kind Of Requirement

• Legal to Commercial Notice Policy:
  In 99% of cases, you will not receive any notice related to converting your land from legal to commercial at the time of the agreement.

• However, if you do receive any such notice, it will be the client’s responsibility to handle the legal-to-commercial conversion as required. 

• Land Use Conversion Responsibility:
  In cases where the court or governing authority mandates that the land must be converted to commercial status prior to tower installation or to avail any related benefits, it shall be the sole responsibility of the client to initiate and bear the cost of the legal-to-commercial land conversion.

• Tata Towers will support the client in this process by contributing 66% of the total conversion cost. This contribution will be adjusted from the client's second security cheque amounting to ₹25,00,000 (INR Twenty-Five Lakhs), payable at a later stage.

7.Tata Tower – Privacy & Refund Policy

• You wish to cancel your Tower Agreement File, you must submit a written File Cancellation Letter to our company office or via our official email.

• The cancellation request will only be valid once it is received and acknowledged by our company.

2. Refund Policy

• After a valid cancellation request, your advance/paid amount will be refunded to your registered bank account.

• Refund Policy on Cancellation:
  In the event a customer applies for cancellation of their booking, the amount deposited by the client will be refunded within 45 working days from the date of receiving the formal cancellation request, subject to applicable terms and conditions.

• Refunds will be made strictly to the same account that was used at the time of payment.

3. Privacy Assurance

• All personal and financial information shared with us remains confidential and is used only for official purposes.

• Tata Tower does not share or disclose your data with any third party without your consent.
